The last time we checked in at 41-32 27th Street, future home of a 15-story hotel, was back in November, when construction had just started reaching over the construction fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is now well over the fence, with crews beginning work on the third floor. On-site signage says the anticipated delivery time period is Spring of 2017. New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits for the build back in October, 2014:2
An LLC has filed applications to precede construction of a 15-story and 46-room hotel of 34,409 square feet at 41-32 27th Street, in Long Island City; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in September, and Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing.
