Pantry Eatery, located a 24-20 Jackson Avenue, will offer “seasonal, healthy and wholesome food,” said restaurateur Nicole Lapsatis in an email to The Court Square Blog.
“With a farm-to-counter flare, we want our customers to feel good about what they’re eating, and promise to offer dishes that will do just that,” Lapsatis said. “Our menu will comprise of, among others, hearty dishes, signature salads, homemade soups, and specialty sandwiches.”
The fast-casual dining spot is anticipating an early summer opening. Pantry Eatery will also feature locally-roasted coffee.
Construction recently finished on the space, with a full reveal being done last week, as seen in the photo below. The restaurant will take over for Sage General Store, which moved out in 2016.1
“We are excited to join the neighborhood,” Lapsatis said.
