When we last checked in at 42-60 Crescent Street back in March, we noticed that signage had appeared for the retail space in the building.1 Part of that space has been filled, with signage appearing for Crescent Hills Cleaners, as seen in the photo below.
There is a total of 2,309 square foot ground floor retail space in the building.2
