In May, we saw that permanent signage had appeared for ‘Olive’s Organic Market’ at 42-37 27th Street, also known as Ivy 28.1 It appears that an opening is coming soon. When we stopped by last week, we saw that the store shelves are stocked and more inventory is ready to be put up, as seen in the photos below.
The Department of Buildings approved a construction permit in February for “INTERIOR WORK AT THE EXISTING 1ST FLOOR RETAIL STORE (DELI GROCERY).”2 The permit had originally been filed back in January.
