We were walking by 21-20 45th Road last week when we saw that a rendering has appeared on site and excavation is underway. We last checked in back in March when demolition had just completed on site.1 Signage calls for a December 2018 delivery.
There have been many, many variations of permits that have been filed for this lot, but New York YIMBY was the first to note that the project will eventually turn into a six-building, 36-unit residential development.2
