We last stopped by 43-30 24th Street in May when steel beams had appeared on site.1 When we stopped by last week, the building has topped out and scaffolding has appeared on site, as seen in the photo below. Signage calls for a fall 2017 delivery on the mixed-use space. The Real Deal was the first to spot construction permits back in May, and here is more information about the entirety of the project (this building is just a small piece of it):2
