In September, we stopped by 22-12 Jackson Avenue and saw that rebar was starting to sprout from the ground.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is peeking over the fence, as seen in the photos below.
When all is said and done, it will be a build that will rise 11 stories and feature 164,830 square feet of residential space and 5,018 of commercial space for a FAR of 4.98. Permits were approved on March 29 by the DOB,2 and were first spotted by New York YIMBY.3
