In September, we reported that rodent abatement was underway at 5 Court Square, the former home of ENC Market, Domino’s Pizza and Montessori Kids of LIC.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that plywood fencing and scaffolding is up, the precursor to full demolition of the two story building, as seen in the photo below.
The new build will have 73 units with 57,914 square feet of residential space and 4,994 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.97.2
