Back more than two years ago, in August 2015, we spotted a permit filed with the Department of Buildings for an eight-story residential build at 21-30 44th Drive.1 The permit calls for 74 units with 99,980 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 4.00.2
It looks like that project will finally get underway soon, as the permits were approved in September, and a rendering has appeared on site, as seen in the photo below. Signage calls for a July, 2019 delivery.
