The last time we checked in at 21-19 46th Avenue, abatement was under way and a demolition permit had been filed.1 When we stopped by the project last week, we saw that the one-story building had been demolished, a plywood fence had been installed, and a new rendering for the project had appeared.
Our friends over at New York YIMBY were the first to report on the new project.2 A four story building will start to rise soon, with 4,910 square feet of residential space with an FAR of 1.97. There will be six units in the building and also cellar space.3
