Work is underway at 10-27 46th Avenue, which appears to be a conversion project. Permits filed back in 2012 call for “INTERIOR RENOVATION OF EXISTING 4 STORY BUILDING AND CHANGE OF USE TO ARTIST STUDIOS.”1 More recently, permits were approved for pipe scaffolding on the building,2 which is in the process of being installed, as seen in the photo below.
