Back in February, we stopped by The Harrison at 27-21 44th Drive and noted that façade work was done on the building.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews had peeled back a plywood fence on the ground floor, as seen in the photo below. The Harrison features stainless steel appliances, Technistone countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. South facing residences on floors four through 14 offer sweeping vistas of the Manhattan skyline, while units on floors 16 through 25 feature balconies.
