We last checked in on 24-12 42nd Road in October when construction crews did a full reveal on the outside facade.1 When we checked in last week, we saw that construction crews had also peeled back plywood fencing on the ground floor, as seen in the photos below.
According to New York YIMBY (who was the first to obtain renderings of the project), the building is being developed by the Ampiera Group, and the architect of record is My-Architecture.2 The developers filed an application for an eight story build that contains 29,403 of residential space and 4,328 of commercial space.3 The building is zoned for a FAR of 5.0.
