Earlier in November, we reported that a construction fence had been installed at 5 Court Square, the former home of ENC Market, Domino’s Pizza and Montessori Kids of LIC.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that demolition is well underway, with more than 75 percent of the building gone, as seen in the photo below.
The new build will have 73 units with 57,914 square feet of residential space and 4,994 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.97.2
