We last stopped by Tishman Speyer’s Long Island City project at 28-34 Jackson Avenue, 28-10 Jackson Avenue and 30-02 Queens Boulevard, a/k/a “Jackson Park” back in November, when we noted that a Sweetleaf Coffee was coming to the retail space on the south tower.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the leasing gallery has opened, with signage appearing, telling interested parties to visit its website. Availability for studios starts at $2,187 per month, with 4BA/3BA going for $7,385 per month.
