We last stopped by 42-50 27th Street in late 2016 when we saw that pipe scaffolding was just starting to go up on site.1 Since then, outside facade work has completed, and construction crews have started to peel away the facade, as seen in the photo below.
Permits were approved for a nine-story residential building with a FAR of 4.97 will be built with 32 residential units.2
