We last checked in on Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft project in August when the building had just completed facade work.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that signage has appeared for the building, as seen in the photo below. Check out more on the building on its website, which will eventually have availabilities for studios through 2 bedrooms.
Permits call for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.2
