We last checked in at 27-49 and 27-51 Jackson Avenue in March 2017, when demolition had just finished on the two buildings.1 Construction permits were approved in March 2018 for a mixed-used building that will rise 14 stories and have 29,873 of residential space and 1,739 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.90.2
