Construction has started for a residential build at 39-32 28th Street. A rendering appeared on site earlier in April with an anticipated completion date of Spring, 2019.
The application, approved on April 12 by the Department of Buildings, calls for a three-story building with two separate residential units for 3,080 square feet of residential space at a FAR of 1.23. New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits for the project all the way back in 2015.1
