Demolition complete at 40-19 27th Street

The last time we stopped by 40-19 27th Street was in March when rodent abatement was underway at the future home of a mixed-use condo build.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the two-story structure that stood there previously has been demolished, as seen in the photo below.

New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits filed with the Department of Buildings back in 2016:2

The project will measure 8,291 square feet in total, with 2,000 square feet of manufacturing space planned on the ground and mezzanine levels, 1,275 square feet of commercial space on the first floor, followed by 4,018 square feet of residential space on the floors above.
