In March, we checked in at 21-30 44th Drive and saw that rebar was starting to rise on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is starting to rise above the sidewalk shed, as seen in the photo below. The permit calls for 74 units with 99,980 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 4.00.2
