We last stopped by 41-04 27th Street (a/k/a 25-18 41st Avenue a/k/a 41-02 27th Street) back in June when construction crews did a reveal of the outside facade.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that signage has appeared for the building, advertising studio through 2BRs, as seen in the photo below. The building also features a 15-year tax abatement.
The building is nine stories with 32 apartment units, 20,914 square feet of which is residential space and 4,073 square feet is commercial space, for 24,987 square feet total.2
