The last time we checked in at 41-21 23rd Street, rebar was just starting to sprout from the ground.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that a sidewalk shed is up and construction is now rising above the plywood fence at the future home of a nine-story mixed-use building.
According to permits, there will be 23,182 square feet of residential space and 1,493 of commercial space at a FAR of 4.99.2 Delivery is expected in winter of this year.
