Earlier this month, we stopped by at 11-12 44th Drive and observed signage had appeared on site for QNS44.com.1 When we stopped by last week, construction has doubled in size, and the building is near top out, as seen in the photo below. QNS44 which has residences up to 3 bedrooms and other amenities include a rooftop lounge, heated salt water floor and parking/storage space.
Plans for the building were approved for an 8-story mixed used building on June 19.23 Here’s more information about the building from its website:
