The last time we checked in at 21-22 45th Road a/k/a 21-30 45th Road a/k/a 21-20 45th Road was in February, when rebar was just starting to sprout from the ground.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction has risen above the fence, as seen in the photo below. Signage calls for a December 2018 delivery.
There have been many, many variations of permits that have been filed for this lot, but New York YIMBY was the first to note that the project will eventually turn into a six-building, 36-unit residential development.2
