Demolition complete at 41-05 29th Street

In May, we were looking at 41-05 29th Street when we saw that a plywood construction fence had been installed, the future home of a 24-story mixed-used building.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews have demolished the two-story building that previously stood in that lot. The permit for the new building was filed on April 24, and last reviewed (and rejected) on May 4.2

More details on the site come from New York YIMBY:3
