In July, we checked in at 21-30 44th Drive and saw that signage had appeared on site.1 The apartments, dubbed ‘CORTE,’ have come to market with studios through 2 bedrooms with prices starting from $560,000 and going up to $1.51 million. Pictures have also come out of the interior, as seen in the photo below.
The permit calls for 74 units with 99,980 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 4.00.2 Signage calls for a July, 2019 delivery.
