We last checked in at 27-49 and 27-51 Jackson Avenue in June, when a rendering had appeared on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that work had started, with the project in the excavation sage.
The mixed-use building will rise 14 stories and have 29,873 of residential space and 1,739 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.90.2 The signage projects a fall 2019 delivery.
