We last checked in on 24-12 42nd Road in December when signage appeared for the building.1 When we checked in last week, we saw that new signage has appeared on site, featuring a new website. The old website was ArcadiaLIC.com, which is still a valid website. However, the new signage directs interested parties to check out Arcadia27.com. The agents handling the project are Chase Global Realty.
The eight story build contains 29,403 of residential space and 4,328 of commercial space.2
