Signage appears for Tishman Speyer’s ‘Jackson Park’

We last stopped by Tishman Speyer’s Long Island City project at 28-34 Jackson Avenue, 28-10 Jackson Avenue and 30-02 Queens Boulevard, a/k/a “Jackson Park” back in December, when the leasing gallery had opened.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that new signage has appeared at the top of the tower, as seen in the photos below. The signage tells interested parties to visit its website. Availability for studios starts at $2,187 per month, with 4BA/3BA going for $7,385 per month.

Here are more details from the building website:

Three skyline defining glass towers, a lush private park, and resort-style amenities. Residents at Jackson Park can have it all without having to sacrifice anything. With over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities to choose from, Jackson Park is designed to excite, refresh and inspire. The residences at Jackson Park are stylish, elegant and timeless. They’re bathed in natural light by date, and animated by the twinkling lights of the iconic New York skyline at night. Jackson Park takes luxury to the next level.
