Get up close and personal with our new exhibition Bruce Nauman: Disappearing Acts after-hours with an evening of art, music, and cocktails. On view across MoMA PS1’s entire building, this major retrospective showcases the artist’s skill in a range of mediums. Interrogating structures of power and established norms, questioning value judgments such as “good” and “bad,” and leaving his work open to multiple, often conflicting, understandings, Nauman compels his viewers to relinquish the safety of the familiar.
