A plywood fence has appeared at a one-story warehouse at 27-14 39th Avenue. A demolition permit was approved back in April for the former home of Electrical International Incorporated.1
Once that’s been knocked down, a four floor, six apartment building will rise in its place. Those permits were filed in October, 2017 at last reviewed in March.2 The new building will have 4,775 square feet of residential space with an FAR of 2.00.
