We last checked in on 40-40 27th Street, the future home of a nine-story hotel, back in December, when facade work was nearly finished.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is complete and signage has appeared for ‘Plaza Hotel,’ as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a December, 2015 delivery, but it looks like it will finally delivery in early 2019.
According to permits, the building will contain 70 residential units with a 600 square foot parking area and 24,981 square feet of space.2
