The last time we stopped by 39-32 28th Street, a rendering had appeared on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction has reached the third floor, as seen in the photo below. The project has an anticipated completion date of Spring, 2019.
The application, approved on April 12 by the Department of Buildings, calls for a three-story building with two separate residential units for 3,080 square feet of residential space at a FAR of 1.23. New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits for the project all the way back in 2015.2
