The last time we checked in at 21-22 45th Road a/k/a 21-30 45th Road a/k/a 21-20 45th Road was in October, when construction had reached the third floor.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the building has topped out and pipe scaffolding is up on site, as seen in the photo below. Signage calls for a December 2018 delivery.
There have been many, many variations of permits that have been filed for this lot, but New York YIMBY was the first to note that the project will eventually turn into a six-building, 36-unit residential development.2
