‘Koufuku Mart’ to open at 42-43 27th Street

The last time we checked in on 42-43 27th Street was in March, when we noticed that signage had appeared advertising the retail space availability.¹ When we stopped by last week, we saw that signage has appeared for a Japanese market named ‘Koufuku Mart’ as seen in the photo below. No word on when the market will open as of now.

The retail space contains 1,450 square feet.²
