More apartments come to market for ‘Corte’ at 21-30 44th Drive

In September, we checked in at 21-30 44th Drive when facade work was underway.1 On Monday, Modern Spaces, who is handling the project, released a new batch of apartments, ranging from 1BRs to 3BRs.

A 709 square foot 1BR is listed at $1,010,000 with $820 in common fees and $762 in monthly taxes.2 On the opposite end of the spectrum is one of the priciest apartments in Long Island City, a 3BR apartment listed at the handsome sum of $2,285,000. That apartment has 1,712 square feet of space, $1,855 of common charges and $1,725 of monthly taxes.3

The permit calls for 85 units with 99,980 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 4.00.4 Signage calls for a July, 2019 delivery.

Here’s a description from the website:5

CORTE represents the next step in the remarkable evolution of Long Island City. Located on 44th Drive, the building offers a modern aesthetic with precise, yet warm finishes. Every aspect of the building is composed to make urban living more simple, sophisticated, and inspiring.
