The last time we checked in on the former site of LIC Auto Repair on 44-12 Purves Street a/k/a 27-19 44th Drive was in August, when signage had appeared for the retail 2,475 square foot space in the building.12
When we stopped by last week, we saw that a lease has been signed for the retail space with signage appearing for the “Veterinarians at Court Square,” an affiliate of LIC Veterinarian Center located at 48-18 Vernon Boulevard. Signage on site directs interested people to their website at VeterinariansAtCourtSquare.com, though currently it’s only a parked domain at the moment.
This will be the third veterinarian scheduled to open in Court Square in 2019, along with Court Square Animal Hospital at 42-38 Crescent Street,3 and InstaVet at 44-16 23rd Street.4
