We last checked in on 11-22 45th Road a/k/a 45-41 11th Street back in July when facade work had started on the building.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that facade work on the south side has finished, with construction crews taking down pipe scaffolding, as seen in the photo below. The north side of the project has lagged behind its counterpart, and facade work has still not started there yet.
ModernSpaces, who is handling rentals for the townhouses, recently launched their website, with the buildings being called “The Craftsmen.”
When all is said and done, there will be a series of four-story, two-family townhouses that overlook Murray Park. The permits, approved on May 26 by the Department of Buildings call for roughly 140,000 square feet of residential space per townhouse with a FAR of 2.80.2
