In September, we checked in at 21-30 44th Drive when façade work had just started on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that façade work is done, as seen in the photo below. The building, dubbed “Corte” has listings for studios through 2 bedrooms with prices starting from $560,000 and going up to $1.51 million.
The permit calls for 85 units with 99,980 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 4.00.2 Signage calls for a July, 2019 delivery.
