We last checked in at 27-49 and 27-51 Jackson Avenue in November, when work had stalled on site because of a stop work order.1 That has since been resolved and the project is now in the foundation stage. We stopped by last week and saw that rebar is starting to rise from the ground, as seen in the photo below.
The mixed-use building will rise 14 stories and have 29,873 of residential space and 1,739 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.90.2 The signage projects a fall 2019 delivery.
