The last time we checked in on 46-20 11th Street in December, signage had appeared on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews had taken down pipe scaffolding on the west side of the building to reveal the facade, as seen in the photo below. The project is called “The Bond” and its website is TheBondLIC.com.
A spring 2019 delivery is expected on the project. Our friends at New York YIMBY were the first to spot permits back in 2015.2 Here’s more from the website:
