The last time we checked in on 46-20 11th Street in March, construction crews had taken down scaffolding on the western side of the building for a partial reveal.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews have taken down all scaffolding, including on the northern side, as seen in the photo below. The project is called “The Bond” and its website is TheBondLIC.com.
A spring 2019 delivery is expected on the project. Our friends at New York YIMBY were the first to spot permits back in 2015.2 Here’s more from the website:
