In May, we stopped by 27-17 42nd Road (a/k/a 28-02 42nd Road) and noted that the building had come to market, with one bedrooms starting around $800,000 while two bedrooms starting at $1.4 million.1 When we walked by over the weekend, we saw that signage had appeared on site, advertising their website to anyone interested.
