The last time we stopped by 11-17 47th Road, future home of a four-story, seven unit building, was in December, when construction was near top out.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that facade work has started, as seen in the photo below. Additionally, a stop work order was lifted back in May.

The structure will measure 7,022 square feet, and its residential units should average 713 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two apartments per floor, except for the fourth floor, which will host a single unit. That unit will also feature private rooftop space.
