A plywood fence is now up at 23-20 Jackson Avenue, former home of Prime Time Transportation, an 83,000 square foot mixed-use office/retail space.1 A demolition permit was filed with the Department of Buildings back in March, and that will likely begin soon.2 Eventually, a nine-story mixed-use building will rise in its place.

Permits have been filed for a nine-story, mixed-use commercial building at 23-20 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. The new structure will dedicate 65,000 square feet of newly built space toward residential units, a hotel, and dormitory spaces. The entire building itself is set to yield 82,851 square feet.
