In June, we stopped by 27-17 42nd Road (a/k/a 28-02 42nd Road) and noted that signage appeared for the building, advertising their website to anyone interested.1
When we stopped by last week, we saw that Exit Realty Dynasty has put up signage for the retail space on the ground floor. The space is available for purchase at $3,104,000, and is 1,552 square feet according to the floor plan.2
