Orangetheory, a fitness franchise, will be coming to 21-10 44th Drive.
Signage appeared recently announcing a special ‘Founder’s Rate,’ which can by locked in by calling or texting 718-881-8111. They will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
21-10 44th Drive, dubbed ‘The Decker,’ is a mixed-use building with 16,290 square feet of residential space (16 units) and 2,710 square feet of commercial space.1
