CityMD Urgent Care announced that it will be opening at 42-10 27th Street.
Signage appeared recently for the medical office, stating that it will begin taking patients in September.
It is the second business to come to the retail space, with Starbucks having recently opened in the western retail space in July.1
Overall, the building is a mixed-use build with 110 units, 18 stories, and 81,424 square feet of residential space and 8,645 square feet of commercial space.2
