There are two spaces available for lease according to signage and also a flyer obtained by The Court Square Blog.2 One is for 1,989 square feet while the other is for 2,172 square feet with 11.4 foot ceilings, and each comes with parking.
The spaces are ‘restaurant ready’ and will be delivered in ‘white box’ condition. The retail space are expected to be ready in Q4 of 2019.
